Refund Policy.
Scope.
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for services purchased from Elevate MedTech Partners. It applies to consulting, advisory, and training services, as well as any online sessions or packages we may offer.
Nature of our services.
Our services are professional, knowledge‑based services that involve preparation, analysis, and advisory work tailored to your specific project or organisation. Because value is often delivered through time spent and expertise rather than a physical product, refunds are limited as outlined below.
Consumers vs business clients.
Elevate MedTech Partners mainly works with business clients (B2B), such as companies and organisations. For these business clients, there is generally no automatic statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period for our consulting services; cancellation and refund options are governed by the specific service agreement and our Refund Policy.
Right of withdrawal for consumers.
If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside your trade, business or profession) in the EU/EEA and you purchase our services online or at a distance, you may have a statutory 14‑day cooling‑off period under applicable EU and Dutch consumer law.

If you request that we start providing services within the 14‑day period, you will be responsible for paying for the portion of the services already performed up to the time you notify us of your withdrawal.

Once the services have been fully performed at your request within the 14‑day period, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
These statutory rights apply in addition to, and take precedence over, any contractual refund terms in this policy where they offer you greater protection.
Cancellations & refunds for consulting services.
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract:

You may cancel a scheduled consulting session or workshop free of charge if you notify us in writing at least 5 working days before the agreed start time.

If you cancel between 2 and 5 working days before the session, we may charge up to 50% of the agreed fee to cover preparation time and reserved capacity.

If you cancel less than 2 working days before the session or do not attend, the full fee may remain payable and no refund will normally be issued.
For multi‑day or multi‑phase projects, any refunds will be considered in proportion to work already completed, documented deliverables and external costs incurred.
Deposits & retainers.
Where a deposit or retainer is required to secure project time or a programme of work, this amount is generally non‑refundable once we have reserved capacity and begun preliminary work, unless otherwise stated in the applicable service agreement.
In the event that we are unable to deliver the agreed services for reasons solely attributable to us (for example, illness without rescheduling options), we will either offer alternative dates or refund any pre‑paid amounts for services not yet delivered.
If you are dissatisfied with our services.
If you believe our services do not meet the agreed scope or reasonable expectations, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review your concerns. We may, at our discretion, offer one or more of the following:

Clarification or additional explanation.

Reasonable revisions or adjustments to deliverables, where feasible.

A partial refund or credit toward future services, where appropriate.

How to request a refund or cancellation.

We will acknowledge your request and aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, usually within 10 working days.
Method & timing of refunds.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method you originally used, unless we agree otherwise with you.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but we will initiate the refund without undue delay and, where applicable, within the time limits required by law.
Changes to this Refund Policy.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on our website and will apply from the date of publication.
