The free 30‑minute Strategy Call is an introductory consultation offered by Elevate MedTech Partners to help you clarify your current regulatory, clinical, or quality needs and identify potential next steps. This call is informational and non‑binding, and does not in itself constitute formal consulting, a legal opinion, or a comprehensive compliance assessment. ​Scope of the call The call focuses on understanding your situation at a high level (e.g. product stage, regulatory pathway, quality system status, clinical needs). We outline possible service options (for example, Starter Kit, Audit Ready, QMS Lite, MDR Fast‑Track, Clinical Excellence, or Fractional Leadership) and suggest a tailored next step where appropriate. ​ We do not review full technical documentation or enter into detailed gap‑analysis during this free call; those activities are covered by our paid service packages and will be quoted separately if needed. ​ Eligibility and booking The free 30‑minute Strategy Call is intended for MedTech companies and professionals who are exploring collaboration with Elevate MedTech Partners. Each company or individual is normally eligible for one free Strategy Call, unless otherwise agreed in writing. ​ Bookings must be made via the online booking form on our website, with accurate contact and company details. ​ Rescheduling and cancellation You may reschedule or cancel your booking online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, in line with our Default Booking Policy. ​ ​Elevate MedTech Partners reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session in case of unforeseen circumstances; in such cases, we will offer a new time slot where possible. ​ Fees and follow‑up The Strategy Call itself is free of charge and no payment is taken at the time of booking. ​ Any follow‑up services (such as detailed regulatory strategy, clinical evaluation support, QMS implementation, or audit preparation) will be offered separately as paid engagements, subject to a written proposal and acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. ​ Data and confidentiality Information you share during the call and via the booking form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used to assess your needs and prepare any follow‑up proposal. ​ We ask that you do not disclose confidential or proprietary information beyond what is necessary for an initial assessment; if deeper information sharing is needed, this will be covered under a separate agreement (e.g. NDA)
