Terms & Conditions Document Review.
Purpose of the service.
By submitting this form and sharing your documents or links, you request a free, non‑binding documentation review from Elevate MedTech Partners. The purpose of this review is to provide high‑level feedback and recommendations to support your clinical, regulatory, and quality strategy. It does not replace your own responsibilities.
No guarantee of approval or compliance.
Our comments and suggestions are based on our professional experience and on the information you provide. They do not guarantee regulatory approval, successful audits, or full compliance with any specific legislation or standard (including EU MDR, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, or local regulations). Final responsibility for the content, accuracy and completeness of your documentation remains with you as the manufacturer or legal entity.
Scope and limitations.
This free review is designed as a focused, preliminary assessment of a small, representative set of documents (typically up to 2–5 files or sections). It aims to highlight key issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement, but does not replace a full gap assessment, full technical documentation review, or comprehensive dossier evaluation. Unless explicitly agreed in a separate written contract, the service is limited to high‑level feedback and recommendations and does not include full document authoring, implementation of changes, or representation towards authorities or notified bodies.
Confidentiality and data protection.
We treat all documents, links and information you share as confidential and use them only for the purpose of reviewing your documentation and providing advice. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures in line with GDPR and professional industry practice. However, when you choose to share documents via third‑party platforms (e.g. Google Drive, OneDrive, SharePoint, Dropbox), you remain responsible for configuring access rights and security settings on those platforms.
Intellectual property.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the documents and materials you submit. Elevate MedTech Partners gains a limited, non‑exclusive right to use these documents solely for reviewing them and preparing our feedback. Any templates, tools, or formats we provide to you as part of our feedback remain our intellectual property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accuracy of information provided.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information and documents you provide are accurate, up‑to‑date and lawful to share. You confirm that you have the right to disclose these materials to Elevate MedTech Partners and that doing so does not infringe any third‑party rights or confidentiality obligations.
Liability.
Elevate MedTech Partners will exercise reasonable care and professional diligence in performing the review. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of our comments or from your decision to implement or not implement our recommendations. Because this is a free, limited‑scope review, any direct liability related to this service is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any direct liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific review service, where applicable.
Follow‑up services.
Any further work beyond the initial review (e.g. redrafting documentation, preparing submissions, or ongoing regulatory support) will require a separate written agreement, including scope, timelines and fees. Submission of this form does not in itself create a long‑term consulting engagement.
If you are interested in more in‑depth support, please visit our Services page for an overview of our consulting packages or contact us directly to discuss how we can work together.
Governing law and jurisdiction.
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract, these Terms & Conditions and any related services are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, with the competent courts of the Netherlands having exclusive jurisdiction.
